Our Property Maintenance package takes the effort out of managing your Bulgarian estate.

The service can include:

* Ensuring compliance with local administrative requirements;

* Monitoring the property, for example, visiting after particularly bad weather (if you require a specific regular check, this can also be arranged);

* We can arrange for any repairs to be made, obtaining estimates wherever necessary (if you require us to use the services of any particular contractor such details must be submitted on the management form provided). Major maintenance work (usually costing more than £50) will be submitted to you for your approval.

* Arranging cleaning services as required – prior or after your arrival/departure or during your stay.

* Arranging for installation and maintenance of domestic appliances, heating and hot water systems.

* Providing security and full assistance for insurance the real estate in all insurance cases

* We can provide an English-speaking, locally knowledgeable, help service if unforeseen problems arise during your stay or that of your tenants.

The annual fee for this service will be dependent on the type and the size of the property and on the services provided. Fees can be paid in full or monthly/quarterly.
